We work as usual and ship as writen in this document. The shipping time might take longer than usual, depends on the situation in your country.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment delivery time
Depending on the shipping option you choose, shipping date estimates may appear when placing your order. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and based on the average delivery time of the shipping method chosen and the destination. Please note that these are estimates only and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Shipping estimates also indicate the expected transit time after your order has been processed and shipped. Processing of your order can add 1-2 business days to the total estimated delivery time.
All shipping methods include full package tracking from pick-up to delivery!

Returns Policy
If you are not pleased with your purchase, for any reason within 30 days, simply send us an Email at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will be happy to provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number for the return. All returns MUST arrive within 30 days of initial purchase, be in new/unused condition, and include an RMA#.  Refunds will be issued less shipping and handling, as well as any applicable processing/restocking fees, within 5 business days of receiving the return. VeryRight is not responsible for return shipping fees.  Improper/unauthorized returns may be subject to additional processing fees, up to and including the full purchase price of the order.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on any custom items designed using the Create Your Own customizer.

For incorrect or defective items, please contact us, and we will be happy to replace the item at no charge!
